We organize, research, price, prepare and market the entire contents of your home to sell as many items as possible to produce maximum sale profits.
ITEM APPRAISAL
Have items you want to sell but not enough to hold an Estate Sale? It can be stressful and time-consuming to research those items and price them correctly. One of our experienced team members will spend a few hours with you to help you appraise and price those items.
CLEAN-OUTS
After a sale, there will always be items that didn't sell. Usually, this is left to the responsibility of the owner. If you'd prefer a hands-off and stress-free end to your sale, we offer a Clean-Out service to take care of those items for you. We will pack up and clean out all unsold items that remain. The home will be left empty, broom-clean and ready for its next owner.
